Our Approach

Career Clarity Intensive (entry)
“What is the right job for me?” — strengths invisible on a resume; no map of ideal sensory/executive-functioning environment.
• 4 × 1:1 sessions: strengths discovery and “autism advantage” profile
• Ideal-environment map (sensory, communication, executive function)
• Strategic job profile + target-role shortlist
• Written career roadmap the client keeps
Pricing: $549 package (or $150/session à la carte); 2-instalment plan. Rationale: package price rewards commitment (~8% saving vs hourly), creates a clear productized entry, keeps hourly option for flexibility.
Pathways Mentorship: Life Direction & Quality of Life (core)
Most services push autistic people toward “any job, fast.” Few help them figure out what a good life actually looks like for them, leading to burnout, masking, serial job mismatches, and low quality of life even when employed.
• 6-month 1:1 mentorship (biweekly sessions) with a mentor who shares lived autistic experience
• Values, interests, and strengths discovery, what energizes vs. drains you, special interests as career signals
• Whole-life quality-of-life plan: meaningful work, sustainable routines, energy and sensory management, unmasking, community and connection
• Life-direction roadmap the mentee keeps, with concrete experiments (job shadows, volunteering, courses) to test possible paths
• Between-session async support (email/text check-ins) and a graduation review with next-steps plan
Pricing: $250/month for 6 months (≈$1,500 total); pay-monthly by design, cancel-anytime after month 2; add a group Mentorship Circle at $85/month.
Launch & Thrive: 90-Day Placement Support (flagship)
Most placement failures happen in the first 90 days: disclosure decisions, accommodation requests, unwritten workplace rules.
• Interview preparation and mock-interview coaching, plus structured 90-day on-the-job support
• Weekly check-ins tapering to biweekly; conflict check-in guides
• Accommodation-request preparation and employer-liaison support (with consent)
• Self-advocacy coaching and escalation planning
Pricing: $895/month for 3–6 months.
